We make every effort to accurately describe our specimens. Slight variations in coloration or fin development may occur due to individual specimen variation. We do not guarantee the exact appearance of specimens beyond the grade/strain described.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their aquarium environment meets the requirements of the purchased specimens before ordering. Vidurshna Aquatics is not liable for specimen loss due to incompatible tank conditions.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected specimens. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of livestock in the existing tank, or any indirect losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
